Incheon Logistics is a new all-cold storage logistics center located at the Incheon Food Park (or “IFP”), approximately 31km west of Seoul CBD and 23km northeast of Incheon International airport. The building’s 28,000 sqm GFA consists of 1 basement and 6 above-ground floors and sits within a total complex of 280,000 sqm. It is the only cold storage logistics facility within the IFP. The location is within an area targeting the Seoul metro area in high demand quickly absorbing new supply and specialized food cold storage which is even in shorter supply.

The deal was closed in November 2021 and is already in operation.
