We take seriously our responsibility for the impact of our activities on the urban fabric, the environment and on those who live and work in, or visit our properties. We strive to make a positive contribution to the evolution of best practice. The following buildings represent our commitment in pursuit of global-recognized green building certifications. Gramercy was Phoenix’s first building to obtain a LEED certification; TOWER 535 was recognized with multiple green certificates including a LEED Silver rating and a BEAM Plus Silver rating; The Morgan was awarded a BEAM Plus Gold rating; The Grove was awarded the 5 Star Green Star rating by the Green Building Council of Australia. Where we operate in geographies with less institutionalised regulatory schemes, we retain our company-wide approach to sustainable integrity.
